Shipping policy

• For in stock orders, please allow 3-5 days for me to process your order and for it to leave my studio. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
• For all MADE TO ORDER orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your handmade items to process and be shipped out.

• Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and USPS first class mail. You can visit USPS for updated estimated shipping times of priority vs. first class. You will receive tracking info once your order has shipped. 

We cannot be responsible for packages that are “Delivered” via your carrier. If your shipment is showing as delivered in the carrier’s system but you have not received it you will need to open a claim via the carrier. We recommend having your items shipped to wherever is safest and most convenient for you to receive your package during normal delivery hours to avoid theft or mis-delivery.
