PROCESSING TIMES

• For in stock orders, please allow 3-5 days for me to process your order and for it to leave my studio. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
• For all MADE TO ORDER orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your handmade items to process and be shipped out.
• Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (arrives 2-3 days) or UPS ground (2-5 days).

RETURNS

• We accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of receipt and can offer a credit or the option to exchange for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, in its original packaging if possible.
  
  If an item arrives damaged, please email within 3 days a photo to meghan@groundedceramics.com. A replacement or refund will be granted.
  
  Customers are responsible for all returns and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
  
  When shipping an item back please package the item very carefully, use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Grounded Ceramics is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.

Each piece of Grounded Ceramics jewelry is handcrafted from porcelain and 14K gold-filled or sterling silver components. With proper care, your jewelry will stay beautiful for years to come.

Porcelain
-Porcelain is lightweight yet durable, but it can chip if dropped on hard surfaces. Store pieces separately or in a soft pouch to protect them.
-To clean, gently wipe with a damp cloth and a gentle dish soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives that may scratch the surface.
14K Gold-Filled 
-Gold-filled components are high quality and resistant to tarnish. With care, they can last a lifetime.
-Keep away from chlorine, salt water, and strong cleaning products, which may dull the finish.
-To restore shine, polish gently with a soft jewelry cloth. I recommend sunshine polishing cloths.
General Care
-To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
-Apply lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays before putting on your jewelry to minimize exposure.
-Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
