Shipping & Returns

For in stock orders, please allow 2-3 days for me to process your order and for it to leave my studio. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. For all MADE TO ORDER orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your handmade items to process and be shipped out.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (arrives 2-3 days) or UPS ground (2-5 days).

I will gladly accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of receipt and can offer a credit or the option to exchange for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage, in its original packaging if possible.

If an item arrives damaged, please email within 3 days a photo to meghan@groundedceramics.com. A replacement or refund will be granted.

Customers are responsible for all returns and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.

When shipping an item back please package the item very carefully, use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Grounded Ceramics is not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.
